Welcome to the Permanently Beautiful Web Site. My name is Kelly Mazurek. I am a Registered Nurse currently performing Micropigmentation (Cosmetic Tattooing//Permanent Makeup). I have been a Registered Nurse since 1986. I graduated from St. Lukes School of Nursing in Racine, Wi.

EYEBROWS
eyebrows are not just a procedure but a process. Eyebrows are a very defining feature to your face. Alot of care and concern are needed when putting on brows. Careful planning is needed when deciding the shape, size and color. The client and micropigmentation specialist work together to achieve the perfect brow.
LIP COLOR
Lip color is a personal preference, although help in choosing colors is available. The client chooses  lip color depending on which color gives the most versatile, comfortable color for an everyday,all around look. Over the counter lip color may be worn over the permanent color to change or dramatize the permanent color. Lip shape and symmetry may be perfected at this time.
EYELINER
eyeliner is applied per personal choice. The client and micropigmentation specialist agree on specific dimensions including length, width and color. Different "looks" can be achieved depending on personal preferences.
